Hafs Academy is proud to announce its new Arabic Intensive, Alimiyyah & Part-time Programmes which launched in September 2021 under the guidance & leadership of Shaykh Mujahid Ali. Shaykh Mujahid brings vast expertise and experience having served as an educationalist at Ebrahim College, Cambridge Islamic College, Q-Iman and Hafs Academy.
Hafs Arabic Intensive & Alimiyyah Programme is conducted on-site 12:30 pm to 9 pm every Saturdays. An additional 2 hour commitment will be required 2 days per week via webinar every Monday & Wednesday. Our online platform will be Zoom and Google Classroom. This programme is open to male & female students (post-GCSE i.e. 16 and above).
The Arabic Intensive course is a one year programme. Students will be empowered with a high level of Classical Arabic which will be taught with a thorough emphasis on spoken Arabic.
The Alimiyyah Programme includes an in-depth study of Islamic sciences such as Qur’aanic Exegesis (Tafsir), Hadith, Aqeedah (Islamic Creed), Fiqh (Jurisprudence) and the principles of Tafsir, Hadith and Fiqh.
Students will have the opportunity to study Islamic education under the tutelage & company of Scholars in a spiritually conducive environment.

These courses will be delivered over a period of forty weeks consisting of 3 terms of onsite and online learning. However, Hafs has taken a further step to supplement student education by launching online workshops where students will be able to participate to enhance their learning. Although core lessons will run on Saturdays, the weekday online evening workshops will run 2 days per week for the convenience of students who may be occupied with work or other study commitments.
